Lunchtime Workout“Finding a lunch workout really helped me stay in shape and get a nice break during the day,” shares this week’s Featured Wixii™, Sarah Schupp.

For those of us who can fit a lunch “break” into our day, many Wixii women find that exercising at that time works well.  Even if there is not a gym readily available, consider going for a brisk walk or closing your office door and doing an exercise video from a site such as fitnessblender.com.  If you have colleagues who are also interested, many fitness professionals will also bring exercise to you—for example, you can clear out a conference room and take a group yoga class.
