Even if there is not a gym readily available, consider going for a brisk walk or closing your office door and doing an exercise video from a site such as fitnessblender.com. If you have colleagues who are also interested, many fitness professionals will also bring exercise to you—for example, you can clear out a conference room and take a group yoga class.
