I create a one-sheet checklist for our afternoon sitter. It is a set of instructions for the sitter, and I handwrite in anything special for that day the night before. The sitter checks it off, and at the end of the day, I know what actually got done (practice piano, set the table, etc.) and what I have to follow up on. – Katherine L.
