On February, 19, 2013, The Wall Street Journal reported that the consulting firm McKinsey & Company is quietly trying to recruit back women employees who left, presumably to start families.  Our Wixii™ Read this week, Why McKinsey Won’t Get Its Moms Back, is a compelling response to that report.  This response points out that “highly skilled women today aren’t sitting at home for years waiting for outdated corporate models to change.  They have taken things into their own hands (and by the way – increasingly, men don’t want to put up with unsustainable lifestyles either – now here’s a problem for corporations!).”  Read more here.
