Engaging Children in Saving for Family Goals

When creating a family budget, set a few goals for saving that involve everyone in the family – a vacation this summer, new bikes, a pet… Remind the kids that the small purchases really add up and that they will never reach the family saving goals if they keep spending on little stuff.
